Our production areas

In Colombia we manage projects with a guaranteed and sustained production for export of 600,000 kilos per season and its annual increase is 15%, based on new production projects or new crops that are projected to be developed until 2030.
Currently, in the Republic of Ecuador we have fourteen thousand four hundred trees in production where we dare to qualify the size and quality of its export-type fruits with a high weight of 258-313 gr. Up to a minimum weight from 100-142 gr.
I forecast that it may be reserved for future clients in the next harvest season between the months of January, February and March 2024. This production phase for its delivery is located in a radius of one hundred hectares that are distributed in the provinces of Pichincha, Bolivar, Azuay and Loja.
Our project advances with the 2030 vision where we will qualify to develop future export-type crops to more than fifty thousand trees. Currently concentrating our efforts on the planting season with more than twenty-five thousand trees and for the next year with the same number of trees, thus completing an ambitious production cycle that will be divided into more than four hundred hectares with a radius of action within from the provinces of Azuay and Loja.

Hass Avocado export process to the United States, countries of the European Union or other countries.
Our Hass avocado export process from the Republic of Colombia and from the Republic of Ecuador develops a series of steps and requirements.
1. Registration and compliance with the phytosanitary requirements established by the Agricultural Health Inspection Service (APHIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in accordance with its current regulations. This implies the implementation of pest and disease control measures, as well as the certification of plants or fruits for export. For the countries of the European Union we must comply with the phytosanitary requirements established for importation; where it also implies that it must be guaranteed that the product is free of pests and diseases, and that it adequately complies with integrated pest management (IPM) practices. For other countries, for example, we must previously develop an investigation to determine the import requirements, their phytosanitary regulations and the commercial barriers that may exist. An example is China, which has high quality standards for imported products, so it is essential to ensure that the Hass avocado meets all the requirements for importation.

2. Certification and approval of the production system: It is necessary that avocado farms and producers in both the Republic of Colombia and the Republic of Ecuador comply with the standards established by the USDA. This implies the implementation and monitoring of good agricultural practices, as well as the certification of farms by authorized entities. Therefore, our product goes through a series of verifications to ensure that the product does not have phytosanitary problems at the time of export, certifying its potential and quality, since for the European Union markets, for example, Certifications and residue analysis are required: It is It is necessary to obtain the certifications required by the European Union, such as the Global G.A.P., which guarantees good agricultural practices, and the residue compliance certificate, which ensures that the avocado does not contain pesticide residues above the permitted limits.
